Chief Secretary of Jammu and Kashmir B B Vyas today met Union Minister for Development of North Eastern Region Dr Jitendra Singh in New Delhi and briefed about ongoing development projects in the state including Deen Dayal Gram Jyoti Yojana. <br/><br/>The Chief Secretary said, the state government will cooperate in setting up of North India's first ever Bio-Tech Park in Kathua and in the setting up of Prasar Bharti radio station at Udhampur. <br/><br/>Shahpur Kandi Project was also dicussed in the meeting. Dr Singh said, Shahpur Kandi Project will be a game changer for the entire region. It will bring revolutionary transformation agriculture and power sector.
