<span style="color: #222222;">In Jammu and Kashmir, Chief Electoral Officer, P K Pole, on Sunday (3rd March 2024) chaired a meeting at Ramban to review preparations being made for the ensuing Lok Sabha Election 2024 in the district. Akashvani Jammu Correspondent reports that  the meeting had a detailed review of the District Election Management Plan for Ramban besides discussions on Electoral Roll processes, logistical requisites, manpower management, risk assessment, EVM transportation, polling staff deployment and security arrangements. Underlining the significance of adequate minimum facilities, the CEO asked the district administration to ensure clean washrooms, provision of drinking water, first aid facilities, and uninterrupted electricity for polling staff and security personnel on election day.</span><br />
