Meanwhile, Prime Minister Narendra Modi has greeted the Kashmiri Pandit Community on the auspicious occasion of Herath Festival.</span><br />'' <span style="color: #222222;"> </span><br />'' <span style="color: #222222;">In a tweet, Mr. Modi extended Herath greetings and prayed that the festival grant happiness and furthers well-being all around.  He further hoped that everyone's aspirations be fulfilled in the times to come.</span>
