Through the transmission line, Lhalung, the first village of Silmoo constituency will be connected to Chutak Hydel Project.<br />''<br />''Addressing the people, the CEC said that LAHDC Kargil is conscious of all major and minor issues of the people of Silmoo constituency and concrete steps have been taken to address them on priority.
