The Jammu and Kashmir Cabinet today approved to hold three tier Panchayat polls in the State on non party basis. It was also decided in the meeting that the schedule for these polls will be worked out in consultation with the Chief Electoral Officer of the State and the election process would be completed by ending May 2011.
