The Budget session of the Jammu and Kashmir Assembly will begin in the Winter Capital , Jammu from tomorrow. Governor Mr. N.N. Vohra will deliver the customary address to both the Houses on the opening day of the session tomorrow. There will be 225 sittings during the session which will conclude on April 9. State Finance Minister Mr. Abdul Rahim Rather will present the budget on 7th of next month.
