In Jammu and Kashmir, a BSF jawan was martyred and a girl killed in ceasefire violation by Pakistan in RS Pura, Arnia and Ramgarh sectors along the international border. <br/><br/>Six civilians were also injured. BSF sources told AIR that a BSF Head Constable lost his life after Pakistani forces started unprovoked firing and shelling in RS Pura sector around 9 last night. The sources said the shelling was later extended to Arnia and Ramgarh sectors. <br/><br/>The BSF troops are retaliating for the firing effectively. The intermittent exchange of fire was on when reports last came in. Around 15 posts and equal number of villages and hamlets are affected by the shelling.
