<span style="color: #222222;">In Jammu and Kashmir, Advisor to Lieutenant Governor, K. K. Sharma during a back to village function in Panchayat Halqa Pahoo in Pulwama district said that the initiative is a way towards a corruption free environment besides empowering people in real sense. Advisor Sharma  said this while inaugurating a sporting event in the  Halqa  Pahoo in Block Kakapora today.</span><br />'' <br />'' <span style="color: #222222;">He further said that Back To Village Programme is aimed to make people conscious about their rights besides being a game changer  in  governance process. He maintained that Back To Village Programme is aimed to improve service delivery and redress the public grievances within the shortest possible time and achieve cent percent saturation of beneficiary oriented schemes.</span><br />'' <br />'' <span style="color: #222222;">In the Panchayat Halqa , Advisor  inspected the stalls installed by different departments and enquired about the grievance redressal mechanism being adopted to satisfy public. He interacted with hundreds of people who had attended the B2V3 and listened to their issues and grievances. He also distributed sporting kits among School children, income and domicile certificates.</span><br />'' <br />'' <span style="color: #222222;">He also handed over Baby Kits to newly born girl children under BBBP besides distributing sanction letters under Ladli Beti Scheme.</span><br />'' <br />'' <span style="color: #222222;">He also distributed wheel chairs, hearing aids, walking sticks among the persons with disabilities. He also distributed paddy thrashers to the local community and sporting kit.</span><br />'' <br />'' <span style="color: #222222;">During the event school children displayed various sporting activities like Marshall Arts , Chess competitions ,Soft ball and Tug of war .</span><br />'' <br />'' <span style="color: #222222;">Back to Village Programme was held in all eleven Blocks of the district where detailed discussion was held regarding different development projects besides issues being faced by the common masses of different panchayats.</span><br />''
