J&K: B2V3 aimed to encourage participatory development in panchayats, says Advisor R R Bhatnagar

<span style="color: #222222;">In Jammu and Kashmir, Advisor to LG, R R Bhatnagar today said that the 3rd edition of Back to Village programme was aimed to encourage participatory development in panchayats by listening to their grievances and plan development as per the aspirations of the rural populace. </span><br />'' <br />'' <span style="color: #222222;">AIR Jammu Correspondent reports that the Advisor said this while interacting with people during a B2V3 function at Panchayat Kattal Brahamana in Hiranagar area of Kathua district today. </span><br />'' <br />'' <span style="color: #222222;">Bhatnagar said that B2V programme is devised to enable, strengthen and empower PRI's and foster the pace of development at grassroot level.
