<span style="color: #222222;">Ayush Yadav, a B.Tech. 2nd Year student of Shri Mata Vaishno Devi University (SMVDU), Katra in Jammu Division of Union Territory of Jammu and Kashmir has come up with an innovation, namely &quot;COVID-19 Smart Sanitizer Dispenser" &nbsp;which will be a timely contribution to the society in this global testing time. <br />''<br />''Ayush and his Mentor Dr. Rakesh Jha, Senior Faculty, School of Electronics and Communication Engineering, SMVDU, described the smart machine, which dispenses sanitizer from a distance without touching it. <br />''<br />''This ensures no contact, and thereby no chance of COVID-19 transmission. As soon as the hands reach the smart machine jar it dispenses right amount of sanitation without touching it as recommended by health agencies. The device is self sufficient to raise an alarm if a person bypasses it and the smart machine also counts the number of users. <br />''<br />''These properties make this device a must for office spaces and other public places. Vice-Chancellor, Dean and other faculty members of SMVDU congratulated Ayush and Dr. Jha for this innovation and encouraged the budding Engineers for more innovations like this.</span><br />
