<span style="color: #222222;">Jammu and Kashmir Administration is working tirelessly to stop spread of COVID-19 and enhance its capacities in terms of infrastructure and manpower. So far, the Administration has arranged 17 stand alone or dedicated COVID Hospitals with over 20,000 Isolation Beds and nearly 50,000 non-hospital quarantine beds.<br />'' <br />''The UT is following an aggressive testing strategy. The testing capacity has expanded from one lab to four labs, the testing rate is now about 1,500 per million, one of the highest in the country. The mortality rate is just above one per cent, which is quite low given the number of cases. Over 92 per cent of the cases have been traced with active cooperation from people in observing lockdown. This has helped slow the spread of the virus and put in place a strong containment strategy. To ensure 100 per cent tracing and check on the virus, the Administration is conducting a 100 per cent Health Audit for the entire J&K using Swasthya Nidhi App and the process is likely to be completed within next few weeks.</span><br />
