As part of the efforts to win the hearts and minds of the people of Jammu & Kashmir, the Indian Army has been undertaking various Sadhbhavana / Sampark activities. In consonance with the ongoing efforts, the Army organised a 'Medical Patrol' for people living in the remote village of Serni under Ramban District of Jammu Division.<br />''<br />''A total of 59 people of all ages reaped the benefits of the Medical Patrol that reached them at their doorsteps. The Medical team provided much-needed medicines and medical advice to the residents who normally do not have such a facility. This also presented an opportunity to the Army to interact with local people and discuss the hardships and problems being faced by them. This, in turn, helps the Indian Army to focus on efforts to mitigate local issues at an appropriate level in the shortest possible time.
