<span style="color: #222222;">In Jammu & Kashmir, the annual Amarnath Yatra is concluding on the day of Shravan Purnima coinciding with Raksha Bandhan tomorrow. The 60 day Yatra commenced on June 28 from both the traditional routes of Nunwan Pahalgam in South Kashmir's Anantnag district and Baltal in central Kashmir's Ganderbal district.</span><br />'' <span style="color: #222222;"> </span><br />'' <span style="color: #222222;">Adequate arrangements had been put in place to ensure smooth conduct of Amarnath Yatra.</span><br />'' <br />'' <span style="color: #222222;">Last year, 2.60 Lakh devotees had darshan of Shivlingam at the holy cave. The cave is situated in the Himalayas at around 14,000 feet above the sea level in South Kashmir's Anantnag district. AIR correspondent reports that over 2 lakh 84 thousand (2,84,685) Yatris paid obeisance at the holy Amarnath Cave Shrine on the 59th day this year. </span><br />'' <br />'' <span style="color: #222222;">Amarnath Shrine Board has already initiated the sanitation and cleaning work in close collaboration with the Pahalgam Development Authority and Sonamarg Development Authority in their respective areas of yatra jurisdiction. This is aimed to ensure that the entire area including camps and tracks is made litter free with special focus on the collection & disposal of non -bio-degradable materials.</span><br />
