<span style="color: #222222;">In Jammu and Kashmir, the Kashmir valley has witnessed yet another spell of snowfall leading to disruption in both air and surface traffic.<br />'' <br />'' Moderate snowfall was recorded across Kashmir since Saturday morning bringing respite from the intense cold the Valley was undergoing during the past one week.<br />'' <br />'' The MET department has predicted significant improvement in weather from this afternoon. All flights were cancelled on Saturday  while some flights got delayed on Sunday morning. However, authorities at the Srinagar International Airport said the runway has been cleared and the normal flight operations resumed from 12 PM today.<br />'' <br />'' Meanwhile, hundreds of Srinagar-bound vehicles remain stuck on the highway. The authorities, however, said that they have made ample arrangements to accommodate the stranded passengers. Helpline numbers have been issued and the stranded passengers were asked to contact the authorities in case of any emergency.<br />''<br />''Traffic authorities said that no fresh movement of vehicles has been allowed so far as the road is still being cleared. They said that in case the weather improves and the road is cleared, only stranded vehicles will be allowed to move towards their destinations.</span>
