<span style="color: #222222;">In Jammu and Kashmir, Advisor to LG, R R Bhatnagar, today met scores of delegations and individuals during the public outreach programme at Civil Secretariat, Jammu. AIR Jammu Correspondent reports that a deputation of J&K Teachers Joint Action Committee demanded inclusion of initial five year service in their service records and removal of pay anomalies and restoration of old pension scheme. Another delegation of J&K Diploma Engineers Association raised the issue of career progression and stagnation and demanded proper career progression and promotion policy for better future prospects.<br />''<br />''Similarly, a deputation of Polytechnic Employees Association demanded timely placement of eligible employees to higher posts, removal of pay anomalies, updation of recruitment rules as well as enhancement of wages for candidates working on academic arrangement basis. A delegation of E-Hospital Project Employees demanded early release of their pending wages and continuation of their services in hospitals. Another public deputation of Gandoh, Doda demanded early completion of works at Sub-District Hospital  and installation of an Oxygen plant at the hospital. Similarly, a delegation of Tapper Waripora Pattan demanded upgradation of dispensary with all modern equipment like X-Ray facilities, oxygen availability and other necessary facilities.</span><br />
