In the Union Territory of Jammu and Kashmir, Adviser to Lieutenant Governor R. R. Bhatnagar today met scores of delegations and individuals during Public Outreach Programme held at Civil Secretariat, Jammu.<br />'' <br />''AIR correspondent reports that the delegations and individuals apprised the Adviser of their issues and demands and sought an early resolution. A deputation of J&K Teachers Forum demanded creation of posts of Masters in upgraded Middle schools and revision of pay scales as per UT grades and demanded upgradation of smart infrastructure in schools for provision of digital classes besides change in nomenclature of Class IV employees as Office Assistants. Another delegation of J&K Saakshar Bharat Mission Employees Forum raised the issue of confirmation of services in the department and demanded proper roadmap regarding absorption in the department.<br />''<span style="color: #222222;"><br />''Similarly, a deputation of J&K 102 Lecturers Forum demanded regularisation of their services besides other service benefits. A delegation of J&K National Health Mission Employees Association demanded revision and enhancement of daily wages on equal-work equal-pay basis and demanded that a roadmap for proper regularisation policy at the earliest. <br />''<br />''Another deputation of J&K Plus Two PSC Lecturers Association raised the issue of career progression and other service matters and demanded placement of Lectures to the posts of Senior Lecturers. Besides these delegations, several individuals from Jammu, Kupwara, Srinagar, Budgam, Rajouri and other areas raised several issues with the Advisor and sought immediate redressal of the same. The Adviser, while responding to the issues and concerns, assured them that all of their genuine issues and demands will be redressed on priority.</span><br />
