<span style="color: #222222;">Jammu and Kashmir Administration has brought back over 80, 002 residents from outside the United Territory stranded due to lockdown imposed in the wake of global pandemic through 21  special trains, buses and flights.<br />'' <br />'' AIR Corrospondant reports that the first outward train carrying 1,184 outbound migrant workers has left from Katra for Chattrapur, MP besides outward movement for 16, 399 outside people stranded at Lakhanpur has taken place till date.<br />'' <br />'' The UT Administration has so far evacuated 61,354 stranded residents from other States and UTs across the country through Lakhanpur via road besides bringing back home about 17, 047 people through special trains at Jammu and Udhampur Railway Station.<br />'' <br />'' Also, 501 passengers including students stranded abroad in different countries have been brought back through special flights.<br />'' <br />'' So far, seven trains reached Jammu with 6,469 stranded passengers while 11, 678 passengers reached Udhampur in 14 special trains.<br />'' <br />'' Jammu, Udhampur, Kathua and Srinagar District Administrations have evolved a multi-pronged strategy to ensure that all requisite arrangements and facilities are in place for an organized and convenient boarding and de-boarding of returnees at the Railway Station and airport and their journey towards their home districts.<br />'' <br />'' Hundred per cent sampling of returnees is being done at the kiosks established at the stations. Besides, an elaborate transport system has been established to take the passengers to their native districts for adminstrative quarantine amidst strict adherence to the guidelines issued by MHA and MoHFW regarding COVID-19.  <br />'' <br />''<br />''It is also being ensured that during boarding and de-boarding process the passengers observe social distancing and wear masks.</span>
