In Jammu and Kashmir, the Administration has facilitated return of 17,000 labourers, students and other people from other parts of the country since lockdown. Those brought back were kept in administrative quarantine as per protocol.<br />'' <br />'' AIR correspondent reports, the stranded residents were brought back from Punjab, Himachal Pradesh and Rajasthan.<br />'' <br />'' Among them, around 9,000 persons were sent back to their homes after completing administrative quarantine of 14 days.<br />'' <br />'' The government has set up four big quarantine centres in Kathua and Samba districts for housing those coming from different parts of the country to undergo mandatory 14-day quarantine period.<br />'' <br />'' Besides this, Inter-state movement of 34,000 trucks, carrying essentials was also facilitated during lockdown.<br />'' <br />'' The government has also set up a dedicated helpline in J&K Resident Commission New Delhi to facilitate the return of J&K residents stranded outside the Union territory."<br />''  <br />
