In Jammu and Kashmir, with the killing of one more terrorist, total number of ultras neutralised has gone upto three, in the ongoing operation in District Police Lines (DPL) Pulwama in south Kashmir. All the three bodies have been recovered. <br/><br/>Terrorists carried out a suicide attack in wee hours of yesterday triggering a massive gunfight between them and the security forces. During the exchange of fire, eight security personnel were martyred. They include four CRPF men and 4 Jammu and Kashmir policemen. <br/><br/>All the families living in the buildings in DPL Pulwama high security zone have been evacuated safely. Jaish-e-Muhammad has claimed the responsibility of the attack. State Chief Minister Mehbooba Mufti has strongly condemned the killing of jawans of the state police and CRPF. <br/><br/>In a statement said,Ms. Mehbooba said, violence has taken a heavy toll in terms of death and destruction, tearing apart of the social fabric, inflicting massive economic, academic and other losses. The chief minister also paid rich tributes to the the jawans of the two organisations who lost their lives and conveyed her sympathies to the bereaved families.
