In Jammu and Kashmir, ten people were killed in an encounter between the security forces and terrorists in Pindikathar area of R S Pura Sector on the Indo-Pak border in Jammu today. They include three army personnel, four civilians and three terrorists. Four security personnel are injured and being treated in hospitals. The encounter was going on when reports the last came in.
