In Jammu and Kashmir, 16 more persons were discharged yesterday after successfully completing their 14-day quarantine period. All these persons belonged were shifted into administrative quarantine in Srinagar two weeks ago.  So far, 1,772 persons have been discharged after successfully completing their quarantine.<br />'' <br />'' The administration has made  mask wearing  mandatory for all the Secretariat employees and the visitors visiting the Civil Secretariat. The step is a part of the preventive measures to contain the spread of Coronavirus.<br />'' <br />'' Meanwhile, the Divisional Commissioner Kashmir, Pandurang K Pole, yesterday directed all the Deputy Commissioners (DCs) of the Kashmir valley to strengthen ground surveillance teams and track-down all absconding travelers, of other states and visitors from abroad on war footing. He asked them to track visitors in their respective districts and ensure proper screening and administrative quarantine.<br />'' <br />'' Divisional Commissioner also directed the DDCs to set-up separate helpline numbers for Cancer, Dialysis patients and other serious patients at all district headquarters.<br />''  <br />
