Thirteen terrorists were killed today in three separate encounters in south Kashmir's Anantnag and Shopian districts. Three army soldiers and four civilians also lost their lives in Shopian district. Official sources said a few police, CRPF, and Army personnel have sustained injuries.<br />''<br />''Chief Minister Mehbooba Mufti has expressed grief over the deaths of civilians during various security operations in Anantnag and Shopian districts today. Train and Internet services have been suspended in south Kashmir areas. Mobile Internet services in Srinagar and other areas have also been suspended as a precautionary security measure.
