Bombay High Court has sought CBI's response to a petition filed by actor Sooraj Pancholi seeking permission to travel abroad. Sooraj Pancholi, an accused in the Jiah Khan suicide case had filed an application in the High Court seeking return of his passport as he has to travel abroad to fulfil certain professional commitments. <br/><br/>The actor has assured the court that he will return the passport to CBI as soon as he returns back to the country. Justice Mridula Bhatkar has posted the application for further hearing today. Actress Jiah Khan had allegedly committed suicide in June 2013 and her boyfriend Sooraj Pancholi was subsequently arrested for abetting her suicide. He is currently out on bail.
