<span style="color: #222222;">In Jharkhand, voting for Mandar Assembly by-election was held smoothly across 433 polling centres today. Voter turnout for the by-poll remained around 60.05 percent. Voting was held from 7 am in the morning till 4 pm in the afternoon. Deputy Commissioner cum District Election Officer Chhavi Ranjan told AIR News that the voter turnout among specially-abled people was around 67 percent.</span><br />'' <br />'' <span style="color: #222222;">Counting of votes will take place on June 26. The by-poll for Mandar Assembly seat was necessitated following disqualification of  Bandhu Tirkey because of his conviction in corruption case.</span><br />
