In Jharkhand, the third of the 5-phase Panchayat elections will be held tomorrow. Altogether 710 companies of security forces will oversee the elections with more places marked as sensitive in Maoist-affected districts. A total of 32,58,020 voters are eligible to vote for 40,471 candidates for members of gram panchayat, panchayat samiti and Zila Parishad besides electing mukhias.
