Jharkhand Chief Minister Shibu Soren has refused to step down. Talking to reporters in Bokaro, Mr. Soren said that the issue of his stepping down from the Chief Minisitership will be decided at JMM Parliamentary Board meeting. This statement of Mr. Soren has created a fresh controversy in the state. Earlier in the day the Congress and Jharkhand Vikas Morcha held a combined press conference in Ranchi and asserted that their political alliance will continue in future. <br/>
