Voting began on a peaceful note at 7 this morning for all the 16 Assembly seats for the 5th of final round of elections in Jharkhand. AIR district correspondents report that since morning a large number of people have come out to cast their vote.<br/><br/> In this phase, 290 candidates are in the fray for 16 seats going to the poll. Around 75,000 forces both the central and state jawans and officers have been deployed for free, fair and violence-free elections. Around 149 polling stations have been relocated in Maoist-dominated constituencies. Our Ranchi correspondent reports that Web cameras have been installed in Chatra and Chaibasa constituencies to monitor the poll process directly from Ranchi and the Delhi Election offices.<br/>
