<span style="color: #222222;">In Jharkhand, State Police team arrested five hardcore Naxalites in a special operation last evening in a major blow to the banned organization, Tritiya Pramukh Samiti. The operation was conducted in Itkhori Police Station of Chatra district on the basis of secret information. They were sent to 14-day Judicial Custody by a local court today.<br />'' <br />'' Chatra District Superintendent of Police Rishabh Jha said that the arrest of the five naxalites including TPC's hardcore Naxalite Birendra alias Kameshwar alias Ranjit Rana has broken the back of the organization and will curb the operational naxal activities in the nearby areas.<br />'' <br />'' Giving information about this breakthrough achievement, Mr Jha told that the major recoveries of the operation include a 9 m.m. pistol, a gun, a khokha, dozens of uniforms, Naxalite forms, including 19 mobile phones of various companies and Maoists Tempo trains without number plates from the arrested naxalites. He also said that all the arrested Naxalites were engaged in recovery of the levy by intimidating the contractors working in the area.<br />'' <br />'' Several cases of naxal extortion, assault, theft, robbery under Arms Act have been registered against the arrested Maoists in various police stations in Chatra, Hazaribagh, Latehar and Palamu districts.<br />'' <br />''<br />''The arrested Maoists include Kameshwar Rana alias Birendra alias Ranjit Rana, Praveen Kumar, Umesh Bhuiyan, Lalan Rana and Munna Kumar.&nbsp;</span>
