Police and security forces in Jharkhand have destroyed a naxal hide- out in the jungle areas of Kothatoli near Raidih in Gumla district. Police sources have told our Correspondent that on the basis of intelligence inputs, the police and security forces are doing a combing operation in the area since this morning, when naxals opened fire at the police around 1:30 pm. The encounter lasted for nearly two hours, although no casualty is reported from either side.
