In Jharkhand, the state police spokesperson V H Desmukh has said that the Ranchi police has not arrested Maoist leader Ashok Mahto so no question arises to produce him before the court. The Maoists have been demanding that Ashok Mahto should be placed before the court failing which they would force bandh.<br/>
