<span style="color: #222222;">In Jharkhand, nomination papers are being scrutinized today for the Second phase of Assembly elections. A total of three hundred candidates have filed their nomination papers for this phase which go to poll on 7th December. Candidates can withdraw their names by 21st November.<br />'' <br />'' AIR correspondent reports that in the second phase, Chief Minister and senior BJP leader Raghuvar Das, BJP rebel Minister Saryu Rai, Jharkhand Assembly Speaker Dr. Dinesh Oraon, Minister Neelkanth Singh Munda, former bureaucrats J B Tubid, Congress National Spokesperson Gaurav Ballabh, JMM senior leader Champai Soren are in the fray.<br />'' <br />'' In this phase, 16 seats are reserved for Scheduled Tribes while one seat is reserved for Scheduled Caste. Meanwhile, election campaign for 1st phase is gradually getting momentum.<br />'' <br />'' BJP National President Amit Shah will address a rally on 21 November at Manika and Lohardaga, while Prime Minister Narendra Modi will hold two rallies in Gumla and Palamu on 25 November.<br />'' <br />'' BJP working President JP Nadda and Union Minister Nitin Gadkari will also hold an election rally in these areas.<br />'' <br />'' On the other hand, Sonia Gandhi and Rahul Gandhi will also campaign in this phase for his party candidate, whereas working President of JMM Hemant Soren, JVM President Babulal Marandi and AJSU Suprimo Sudesh Mahato have already started campaigning. </span><br />''  <br />
