<span style="color: #222222;">In the Koderma district of Jharkhand, the district administration is providing employment to skilled migrant labourers at their native place.<br />'' <br />'' The initiative started with Shramik Samman Kitchen, in the district where six migrant artisans have been employed for preparation of meals at quarantine centres at a remuneration of Rupees Twenty Four thousand per month.<br />'' <br />'' The district administration has started the programme with an effort to provide employment to migrants on the basis of their skills. The services of these migrants are being utilised based on their previous work experience in restaurants and hotels based in metropolitan cities of New Delhi and Mumbai.<br />'' <br />'' Deputy Commissioner Ramesh Gholap said, a database of all such migrant labourers is being prepared and the district administration will provide employment to them in whichever area they would like to work in.<br />'' <br />'' Post lockdown, and after completion of quarantine period of 14 days, finding a source of living was difficult. With such an opportunity roping in, it has brought back smiles on their faces.      <br />'' <br />'' One of the beneficiaries, Pintu Pandey of Satgawa Block, who works in Shramik Samman Kitchen, said that he used to work as a cook in Haldiram's restaurant in New Delhi. Now he has got employment as per his ability, bringing him great relief.<br />'' <br />'' More than one thousand five hundred migrants have registered themselves at the employment facilitation center in the district to find a dignified job to meet their personal demands.</span><br />
