<span style="color: #222222;">In Jharkhand, the State Government has issued instructions to use Ration Cards as photo-ID proof at Vaccination Centres. The decision was taken in light of the Mega Vaccination Drive beginning in the state today for all age groups. Chief Minister Hemant Soren in his tweet message appeared to denizens of the state to follow COVID Appropriate Behaviour despite achieving a recovery rate of more than 98 per cent.</span><br />
