Jharkhand Chief Minister Shibu Soren has said that the final decision about handing over power to the BJP will be taken at Ranchi on Sunday. He said the decision can not be taken today because all the JMM MLAs are not present at Bokaro. <br/><br/>After being asked whether he will be with the BJP, Soren said that the talks are on with both— the BJP and the Congress and the JMM will allign with any of them depending upon its suitability.<br/>
