In Jharkhand, bail plea of Lalu Prasad, former Bihar Chief Minister convicted in fodder scam was rejected today in the single bench court of Justice&nbsp;Apresh Kumar Singh of Jharkhand High Court. Lalu Prasad was convicted in the illegal withdrawal case from Dumka treasury and violation of Jail Manual case.<br />''<span style="color: #222222;"><br />''After hearing the arguments from both sides, the court has ruled on the bail petition. Senior advocate Kapil Sibal, on behalf of Lalu, told the court that in similar cases, the Jharkhand High Court has provided bail facility to some convicted people of fodder scam. It is expected that Lalu Prasad can now knock the door of the Supreme Court for his bail. Lalu Prasad is currently undergoing treatment in AIIMS, New Delhi.</span><br />
