Jharkhand High Court has directed the state government to frame a policy on security and upkeep of state rivers and ponds. A bench comprising of Chief Justice Bhagwati Prasad and Justice D N Patel gave this instruction and asked the government to frame the policy by 1st April 2011, and also apprise the Court about this.
