<span style="color: #222222;">In Jharkhand, the lockdown orders will remain in force for the next two weeks i.e. till May 17. It was announced on Sunday by Chief Minister Hemant Soren that the relaxation given in the lockdown-3 by the central government will not apply in the state. To safeguard the health of people it is necessary to keep the lockdown in force and hence no rebate will be given, had said the Chief Minister on Sunday.</span><br />'' <span style="color: #222222;"> </span><br />'' <span style="color: #222222;">Mr Soren has also said that the workers, students and tourists of Jharkhand stranded in other states are being brought back to their native place, as a precaution, therefore, it is important to keep the lockdown effectively in the entire state.</span><br />'' <span style="color: #222222;"> </span><br />'' <span style="color: #222222;">AIR Correspondent reports that the relaxation given in Lockdown 3 has not been implemented anywhere in the entire state of Jharkhand. The process of returning of lakhs of migrant labourers across the state is continuously increasing. Migrant labourers from other states stranded in Jharkhand are also being sent back to their home districts through buses arranged by respective district administration.</span><br />'' <span style="color: #222222;"> </span><br />'' <span style="color: #222222;">The rules of lockdown are being followed strictly, while the state government looks quite aware of the challenges coming ahead due to return of millions of migrant laborers.</span><br />'' <span style="color: #222222;"> </span><br />'' <span style="color: #222222;">Many precautionary steps are being taken to prevent the spread of Corona virus infection from those returned from the highly-infected states. Every single person is encouraged to download the Arogya Setu App, along with strict instructions to stay in home quarantine.</span><br />'' <span style="color: #222222;"> </span><br />'' <span style="color: #222222;">Meanwhile, there has not been a single case of COVID19 registered in the state for the last two days, and so far 28 patients have completely recovered from this viral infection.</span><br />'' <span style="color: #222222;"> </span><br />'' <span style="color: #222222;">Taking preemptive measures to provide employment to the migrants, Chief Minister Hemant Soren has started three different major action plans for employment generation, especially in rural and urban areas.</span><br />'' <span style="color: #222222;"> </span><br />'' <span style="color: #222222;">Mr Soren has launched the Birsa Green Village Scheme, Nilambar-Pitambar Jal Samridhi Yojana and Veer Shaheed Poto Ho Khel Vikas Yojana related to Rural Development Department, where 25 crore man-days were created and a target of Rs 20 thousand crore generation has been set for providing as remuneration to the labourers.</span><br />'' <span style="color: #222222;"> </span><br />'' <span style="color: #222222;">The schemes facilitated with the help of limited resources are focused to ensure health facility, generate employment for the migrant workers in rural areas, also withholding the main objective of preserving the natural heritage of the state.</span><br />
