Governor of Jharkhand CP Radhakrishnan shared his remarks on the fate of President's Rule in Jharkhand and security forces being deployed majorly in the State. He said that the Chief Minister has to respond to ED's summon either today or tomorrow. On the the exercise done by the central probe agency on questioning CM Hemant Soren in the alleged land scam, the Governor said that no citizen is above the law. He said that we must abide by the rules of the constitution.<br />
