In Jharkhand, Congress candidate Naman Vixel Kongadi has won the Kolebira assembly by- election by defeating his nearest rival, BJP nominee Basant Soreng by a margin of nearly 10,000 votes. The Congress candidate got 40343 votes while BJP candidate at the second position got 30,685 votes.
