All these have been part of Tablighi Jamat at Nizamuddin in New Delhi. They have been charged for not following lockdown orders and playing a significant role in spread of Corona virus under Epidemic Diseases Act. Visas of all these foreign nationals have been cancelled.<br />''<br />''AIR correspondent reports, all 38 foreign nationals associated with Markaz and Tablighi Jamat in New Delhi arrested from various mosques across the state have been put under Quarantine Centre in Khelgaon in Ranchi. While one woman who has been the first positive case in Jharkhand has been kept in COVID-19 isolation ward in RIMS. All these Jamat workers had come on tourist visas and were preaching religious faith in different parts of the state. They have been booked under violation of VISA rules, National Disaster Management Act, Epidemic Diseases Act and Lockdown Norms. Most of the charges are non-bailable and these workers will have to spend time in jail once they complete their quarantine period. </span><br />
