Jharkhand is celebrating its raising day today. It was on this day in 2000 that the state was created carving out of Bihar. Jharkhand is celebrating its 18th years of establishment. The main event is to take place at Morahabadi ground of Ranchi in which Chief Minister Raghuwar Das will declare entire state as free from open defecation.<br />''<br />''<span style="color: #222222;">Three more districts- Lohardaga, Hazaribagh and Deoghar will be declared as fully electrified districts- taking the total to seven districts. Some important schemes would be launched today and nearly 21 hundred people will be given job appointment letters.
