In Jharkhand, ‘Gandhi Jayanti’- the birth day of the father of Nation Mahatma Gandhi was on Sunday celebrated all over the state with traditional devotion. The main function was organized in Ranchi where the Governor Dr. Sayyed Ahmed, Chief Minister Arjun Munda, JMM Chief Shibu Soren and the leader of the opposition in the state Assembly Rajendra Prasad Singh operated ‘Gandhi Charkha’ and paid rich tribute to Gandhiji. Talking to the reporters, Chief Minister Arjun Munda said that we need to adopt Gandhiji approach towards life once again. Another function was also organized at sector two of the HEC colony, where different speakers paid rich tributes to the Father of Nation.
