He said, Raghubar Das government in Jharkhand has taken a number of steps for all-round development of the state.<br />''<br />''JMM leader Hemant Soren said in Garhwa that closed mines in the state will be made operational if his party is voted to power.  On the other hand, JVM President Babu Lal Marandi alleged that law and order situation has deteriorated during BJP tenure in the state. Addressing election meeting in Lohardaga, AJSU leader Sudesh Kumar Mahto said, employment creation and poverty alleviation will be the top agenda of his government. Leaders of left parties including Congress and RJD also addressed rallies in different parts of the state.</span>
