Allegations and counter-allegations continue to dominate the campaigning for the fifth and final phase of Jharkhand Assembly elections. 16 seats will witness voting in the Naxal hotbed on Friday. Raising the electoral pitch on behalf of Congress, Chief Minister of Maharashtra Ashok Chavan and Haryana Chief Minister Bhupinder Singh Hooda addressed a number of rallies and promised a development-oriented government with equal opportunity to all. BJP stalwarts Sushma Swaraj, Rajnath Singh and Arun Jaitley said in Chatra, Hazaribagh and Garhwa that Congress is responsible for Koda-scam in the state. They also promised Bihar model of development, if NDA is voted to power. While, JMM Chief Shibu Soren said in a rally at Simariya that despite huge mineral resources, the state is still cursed with backwardness. RJD Chief Lalu Prasad charged the Congress-led UPA with its failure to check price rise at a public gathering in Garhwa.<br/>
