The JD(U) General Secretary K C Tyagi said there is no split in the party. Talking to reporters in Patna Mr. Tyagi said most of MPs, MLAs and MLCs are with Party President Nitish Kumar. He said, 16 out of 19 office bearers are with Mr. Kumar who were appointed by the consensus of Nitish Kumar and Sharad Yadav. <br/><br/>KC Tyagi said no decision was taken to take action against Sharad Yadav at National Executive meeting.He however said party is monitoring the activities of Yadav.He said if Sharad will take part in RJD rally on August 27 then party will definitely take action against him.
