Sharad Yadav faction of JD(U) has declared senior Gujarat MLA Chotubhai Vasava as party working president removing Bihar Chief Minister Nitish Kumar from the top post. The rebel group called party national executive meeting in New Delhi today where a decision was taken in this regard. A disciplinary committee was also formed to take action against Mr. Kumar and others.<br/><br/>Talking to media, expelled JD(U) leader Arun Shrivastav said,19 state presidents of JD(U) and other national executive members attended the meeting which declared all the decisions taken by Mr. Kumar as illegal. He said, the group will meet Election Commission tomorrow over the issue of symbol and seek time to submit relevant documents.<br/><br/>The Yadav group has been opposing Nitish Kumar's move to break alliance with RJD and join hands with the BJP to form a government in Bihar.<br/>
