JD(U) has expelled Rajya Sabha MP Shivanand Tiwari alongwith four rebel Lok Sabha MPs from the party for anti party activities. Talking to AIR party spokesperson K C Tyagi said the Lok Sabha MPs who have been expelled are Jai Narain Nishad, Purnmasi Ram, Sushil Kumar Singh and Mangani Lal Mandal.

Tiwari criticized Bihar Chief Minister Nitish Kumar today also accusing him of conspiring to win over RJD's MLAs few day back in an effort to split the party. The expelled Lok Sabh MPs have been continuously raising their voice against the party leadership.
