<span style="color: black;">In Jammu and Kashmir the Jammu Chamber of Commerce and Industries (JCCI) has  condemned the brutal killing of innocent non-Kashmiri labourers and truckers by terrorists in the Valley and blamed Pakistan for selective killings. <br />''<br />''Talking to media persons in Jammu, JCCI president Rakesh Gupta said that killings of these labourers is condemnable  who are maintaining the lifeline for every Kashmiri despite such incidents. The chamber president directly blamed Pakistani agencies for "selective" killings and urged all political parties to stand together in the interest of the nation. <br />''<br />''He alleged that the killing of labourers at the instigation of Pakistan is aimed at provoking and inflaming communal feelings and bleed the economy of the state and the country. JCCI President said that Chamber is for trade and tourism and not for terrorism. He also welcomed the appointment of G.C. Murmu as the first Lt. Governor of Jammu and Kashmir Union Territory and expressed the hope that he would be able to change the ground situation in the new Union Territory.</span><br />
