The AIADMK Supremo Ms.Jayalalithaa was sworn in as the Chief Minister of Tamilnadu today. At a colourful ceremony at the Madras UniversityCentenary auditorium the Tamilnadu Governor Mr.Surjeet Singh Barnala administered the oath of office to Ms.Jayalalithaa who has taken on the mantle of the Chief Ministership for the third time. Alongwith her, 33 ministers of her cabinet are also taking oath. Prominent among the ministers are former Chief Minister Mr.O.Panneerselvam and Mr Sengottaiyan who has been a loyalist from the period of late Chief Minister MG Ramachandran. The DMDK leader who is to be the leader of opposition Mr.Vijaykant, and all other leaders of the AIADMK front were also present in the ceremony. Renowned political leaders GujaratChief Minister Mr.Narendra Modi,Telegu Desam Party leader Mr.Chandra Babu Naidu and General secretary of CPI Mr.A.B.Baradhan were also present as special invitees.
