Actor-politician Jaya Bachchan has turned down Samajwadi Party's offer for Rajya Sabha seat saying she wanted to stay away from politics for some time.<br/><br/>Samajwadi Party Chief Mulayam Singh Yadav told reporters in Lucknow that the party has now decided to give the ticket to its spokesperson Mohan Singh.
